  • 900 Series Premium Plumbing Fitting Brush 
    • Recommended for cleaning and scoring to prepare copper for sweating the fitting and pipe together. We currently have 12 900 Series Fitting Brushes available, with ID sizes from ⅛” to 2”, OD sizes from ¼” to 2 ⅛” and an overall length of 5 ¾” – 6 ⅝”.

  • 800 Series Standard Plumbing Fitting Brush
    • Recommended for cleaning and scoring to prepare the copper for sweating and fitting the pipe together. There are 9 models currently available from Schaefer Brush, with ID sizes from ⅛” to 1 ¼”, OD sizes from ¼” to 1 ⅜” and an overall length of 5 ¾” – 6 ½”.

  • 700 Series Standard Fitting Brush
    • Recommended for cleaning and scoring to prepare the copper for sweating and fitting the pipe together. The 700 Series currently includes 7 brush variations, with ID sizes from ⅛” to 1”, OD sizes from ¼” to 1 ⅛”. All of the 700 Series Fitting Brushes measure 6 ¼” in length and have a wire handle for easy grip.

  • 600 Series Standard Fitting Brush
    • Recommended for cleaning and scoring to prepare the copper for sweating and fitting the pipe together. The 600 Series Fitting Brushes are available with ID sizes from ⅛” to 2”, OD sizes from ¼” to 2 ⅛” and overall lengths from 5 ¾” to 6 ½”. All of the 600 Series Brushes have a solid plastic handle.

    • Recommended for cleaning and scoring to prepare the copper for sweating and fitting the pipe together.     • 9700 Series Hex Shaft Power Fitting Brush
      • Great for cleaning pipes where deposits are medium to light.
      • There are six Power Fitting Brushes in our 9700 Series line, and they come in ID sizes of ¼” to 1” and OD Sizes of ⅜” to 1 ⅛”.
      • All of our 9700 Series of Power Fitting Brushes measure 2 ⅛” in overall length and feature hex shaft fittings that lock into all standard and quick lock type chunks for easy change.
      • Construction: Single Spiral/Single Stem
      • Filament: Stainless Steel
    • 9500 Series Hex Shaft Power Fitting Brush
      • Designed to clean pipes where deposits are medium to light, these are a step less aggressive than the 9700 Series.
      • There are also six Power Fitting Brushes in our 9500 Series line, and they come in ID sizes of ¼” to ½” and OD Sizes of ⅜” to 1 ⅛”.
      • All of our 9500 Series of Power Fitting Brushes measure 2 ⅛” in overall length and feature hex shaft fittings that lock into all standard and quick lock type chunks for easy change.

      • Recommended for cleaning and scoring copper fittings where deposits are medium to light.

      • All of the 8700 Series brushes feature a twisted stem of 2 ½”.

    • 8500 Series Twisted Stem Power Fitting Brush
      • Recommended for cleaning and scoring copper fittings and pipes with heavy deposits. These are our most aggressive power fitting brushes.
      • There are seven brushes in our 8500 Series, with ID sizes of ⅛” to 1”, OD sizes of ¼” to 1 ⅛”.
      • All of these brushes are 3 ⅝” in overall length and feature a twisted stem of 2 ½”.
