Staple Set Brush is a very common need in industrial brush applications. Wide range of uses and shapes allow it to fulfill a variety of tasks. The staple set process is used for scrub brushes, scratch brushes, utility brushes, and duster brushes.

HOW IT’S MADE

Filament is most commonly set in blocks, but we also offer cylinder brushes with staple-set filaments. Staple set brushes can be refilled for a reduced cost a limited number of times before being unusable. The core material needs to be not too hard or too soft and typically thicker for staple penetration.
